As an Office Business Developer, You will assist the firm in growing both financial standards and in terms of brand recognition. Your responsibilities also include working with company executives, and sales and marketing experts, analyzing current market trends, and putting forth fresh business concepts to boost profits. In addition, you are in charge of establishing and upholding connections with other businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
o Develop Brand Identity through content, marketing, and sales.
o You are in charge of payment approval.
o You are in charge of materials needed inside the office.
o Find and research potential customers.
o Create and uphold client relationships.
o Work together with sales teams to create proposals that will benefit both parties.
o Discuss and analyze contract conditions with clients and stakeholders.
o Monitor project teams in order to ensure contracts are carried out as intended.
o Leverage consumer and competition data to gather important information.
o Create and put in place procedures and guidelines to support the enterprise as a whole.
o Create and maintain strategic alliances to expand the business.
o Carry out regular market research.
o Create rate proposals in collaboration with the pricing department.
o Represent the company in expos, events, presentations, conferences, and Zoom meetings.
o Apply new software to our platforms through individuals or companies.
o Be in charge of the IT department either in-house or freelancer.
o Secure a copy of all company data and material.
o Increase brand awareness in all aspects.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred but not always required.
o Experience in market research, prospecting, and identifying new business opportunities.
o Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
o Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms may be an advantage.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data, trends, and performance metrics.
o Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
