Job Description

• Create, update and deliver detailed company quarterly report highlighting performance, strategic insights, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Build and maintain affiliate partnerships to promote and expand company services, driving business growth and market reach.

• Assess and improve quality assurance strategies to minimize production issues and enhance efficiency.

• Monitor production stages, record performance data, and recommend improvements to streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary steps.

• Prepare, update, and share in monthly basis a detailed report outlining the previous month's strategic initiatives, and future & actions plans.

• Apply the four key components of quality management - planning, control, assurance, and improvement - to enhance production efficiency and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
